We live modern spirituality without dogma and in our classes we deal with topics that fit into everyday western life and are relevant for everyone. Our focus are open classes in Yoga (multi styles) Pilates, Barre on the mat and Sound Bath in German (70%) and English (30%).

We have no investors (and it will stay that way), are a family business and 100% profitable.
Both founders have over 15 years of experience in successfully developing and building brands in the consumer goods + fitness sector.
Casa Flow Studios is run by founder Anna Sophie Kotlarski, 37. Our group of companies includes a total of 12 boutique studios in the areas of fitness, yoga, pilates & wellbeing. In addition to the current 3 Casa Flow Studios in Mitte, Charlottenburg and Prenzlauer Berg + unknown ;), our Co-Founder Tobias Meier runs 9 other boutique fitness studios in the premium price segment.
Of course, you are welcome to take on freelance or permanent positions outside of us. We all have other passions and will find good solutions here together!
